    DIRECTOR

    Pele is a specialist in holistic health and culture building. He applies innovative approaches that challenges deficit thinking and focuses on potential instead. Pele’s background in functional strength and conditioning, gym ownership, and lifestyle coaching have culminated his skillset in designing and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives that create transformative change. He excels at empowering communities to become self-sufficient.

    HAUORA PRACTITIONER

    Briar is a values-driven Hauora Practitioner who blends diverse modalities, lived experience, and industry knowledge to guide individuals in connecting with their purpose and the rhythms of the natural world. Rooted in her Māori whakapapa and Tiaki principles, she fosters transformational growth by empowering individuals and aligning wellbeing outcomes with business, team, and community goals.

    MENTAL FITNESS COACH

    Paul has a background in Health & Wellbeing, particularly in gym ownership and sports recovery. He leverages this expertise to facilitate Wellbeing Workshops and serves as a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Through his combined knowledge of fitness and mental wellness, Paul empowers individuals to prioritise their physical and mental health, creating supportive environments for holistic wellbeing.

    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

    Tracey is an expert in leadership and culture development, leveraging her 15-year background in HR to cultivate vibrant workplaces. With a knack for unlocking individual talents, she not only inspires excellence but also transforms work environments and lives for the better. Through her innovative strategies and unwavering dedication, Tracey has consistently proven her ability to create inclusive and high-performing teams.

    MENTAL FITNESS COACH

    Vaughan is a seasoned community development expert with 15 years of experience in Suicide Prevention and Men's Mental Health. With a background as a Lecturer in Exercise Sport Science, he brings a holistic approach to promoting wellness. Passionate about men's health advocacy, Vaughan is committed to fostering supportive environments and implementing effective strategies to address critical issues.
